"Hi Alyssa,
I just wanted to give you an update on Max. He's been doing very well at the door and his greeting is much better.
Also, the Easy Walk harness works very well for me during our walks."
Take care.

"Hi Alyssa,
I want you to know that a good friend of mine was here a couple days ago and could not believe that Baxter is the same dog we
had last August! I remain very appreciative of your training tips for Baxter.  He continues to become more and more friendly
and a great family pet. I am still reinforcing his training and he is good at lying down and staying now. He also comes when
called - always in the house and usually when loose outdoors. He is a pleasure to have now."

Praise for Dog Safety Presentations:

"Hi Alyssa,
Thank you for coming to talk to our 3rd grade class at Bridge Street School.  The kids truly loved your Dog Safety presentation
and couldn't wait to dig into the "Kid and K9 Safety Tips and Activity Sheet" that you left for them.  They also felt very proud
of their individual certificates.  They talked about dogs and pretended to be trees and rocks, on and off, throughout the day!"

“It was a pleasure to work with such a knowledgeable professional.  Alyssa has a very calm and put together demeanor which
allows her to work with dogs who have an array of problems/issues.  We adopted our Allie (2 year old yellow lab) from Alabama .
She came with a history of being abuse and then abandoned.  I had absolutely no idea to what extreme her fear of people, cars,
noise was.  I had a dog that had to be carried out to do her business and carried back in.  Just the sight of my horse would paralyze
her with fear!  I can never thank Alyssa enough for working with Allie and most importantly giving us guidelines and techniques
that we could use to encourage Allie to move forward.  Brilliant!  Allie is not the same dog. She actually will share grain in the
paddock with her new best friend…my horse.  She loves to follow us on the trail. She has learned to play (she did not know what a
toy was), she will run too us rather than from us!    I am so excited that we were able to work with Alyssa and would not hesitate
to call on her again”.

"Dear Alyssa,

Kava has been great.  We put the rabbit back downstairs and
angled her crate so she can look at him when we're not home.  It
was about that time that she we noticed a difference in her
behavior- we could come home after being gone for a few hours
and she wouldn't be making a peep.  We think her knowing
she's not alone helps (and she LOVES the bunny- I've attached a
photo of the two of them sitting together on the back of the
couch).

Kava has become the biggest sweetheart I have ever seen.  She
is definitely maturing more and more every day.  She is
independent enough now that she will go and play with her toys
without our encouragement and she will sleep on the floor while
Brian and I sit on the sofa, again without our telling her to.
We've even gotten to the point that when we're at the dog park,
we feel comfortable letting her off of her leash while she's
playing with the other dogs near the water."

Thank you so much for all your help!!

"Max is an absolute JOY!!! We have so much
fun with him.  I am going to send you a picture
of him from this morning. He is in disguise-can
you tell?? He is 10 months old and weighs 120
pounds.

We love him so much that sometimes we think
we are a little crazy for how much we love him.

Everyone that comes in the store just loves him
and I even have people just come in to see him
and give him lots of lovin."

Xena Playing Outside
Xena Playing Inside
When Xena was first adopted she was afraid of people and very reactive toward other dogs when she saw them on leash- now she loves
people and dogs! Look at how far she has come:

"Hi Alyssa,
Xena is doing well, our neighbor just got 2 puppies and they come over and play with Xena very successfully. Also had a visit with
my parents where she played with the neighbor's dog and I took her on a walk there and she met another dog successfully as well.
I took note of what you said about not rewarding her when she barks and carries on in other situations and it seems to be carrying
over. Thanks for all your help- your training tips have really helped us make Xena a well adjusted dog. We will let you know when
or if we need a follow up."
